We ship to all Australia. Shipping day: Monday, Wednesday & Fridays of each week.

By placing my order, I understand that the shipment of all weekly menu orders (Saturday through Thursday) will be processed on Friday and will take 3-4 business days to be shipped on Monday by the shipping (Australia Post) .

These days and times may vary if we attend an event, bazaar or popup shop. Check the HOME page for upcoming events. Also the description of the cookies or the calendar to choose the day of pickup or shipping shown before Checkout.

Yes we do offer delivery service.

Our production is done on a daily basis. We do most of the work by hand to ensure the freshness, quality and taste of our products.

In Coffee Cookie and Me we have several flavours of cookies and every week according to availability we rotate and change them, so weekly you can get some new flavours and others that still remain on the menu. The menu changes every Monday after 9am.

Our minimum cookie order is 4 units. The elaboration of our products requires a significant investment and time, this way we maximize the efficiency in our business and guarantee the necessary resources for our orders.

Our cookies are also baked at the time of your order, so when you pick them up everything is practically freshly baked.

Our cookies can be kept in the same well-sealed package for up to 1 week. To consume them warm and with that soft consistency in the centre, you can give them a touch of heat in the microwave, outside the package, for 10 seconds, although we highly recommend doing this in a preheated oven at 350F-180C for 5-8 minutes.

If you wish to store them for later consumption, we recommend freezing them in the same package well sealed and additionally in an airtight container for up to 2 months. To consume them warm and soft, take them frozen to a preheated oven at 180C (out of the package) for 8-10 minutes or until the heat has reached the centre of the cookie.

We love to connect with our customers, that's why we attend certain events in Sydney and other cities around the country, so these pick up and shipping dates may vary. We recommend checking the description of each cookie or product to confirm pick up and/or shipping days or in our Home for any event we have announced.

At Coffee Cookie and Me we do our best to avoid cross contamination, however, we share all our equipment and utensils to bake our variety of products.

Please note that in our production area we process wheat, nuts, eggs and dairy, so we are not an allergen free environment.

All our products are made with high quality ingredients, without preservatives and fresh.

Butter, vegetable shortening, brown sugar, refined sugar, eggs, wheat flour, cocoa powder, various spices, chocolate, nuts, essences, leavening powders, dairy, dehydrated fruits, salt.
