Shipping policy

Shipping Days and Policies:

Shipments are dispatched every Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays via Australia Post .

Coffee Cookie and Me is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Packages marked as "delivered" but subsequently lost are not our liability.

Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur additional charges for reshipment.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations and/or denied access to the delivery site.

Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates.

We are not liable for delivery delays resulting from the high volume experienced by shipping companies.
