Refund, Exchange, or Return Policies:

Due to the perishable nature of our products and the inability to control how they are transported and stored once delivered to the customer, Coffee Cookie and Me does not accept exchanges or returns. All sales are final.

Cancellations or Modifications:

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us through the Contact section. We strive to accommodate your needs and ensure a positive experience with Coffee Cookie and Me.

All cancellations must be made a minimum of 2 business days before the scheduled pick-up or shipping date. Once the preparation of your order has commenced, no changes, modifications, or cancellations can be made.
